impact Responsibilities for the Junior Accountant Assist with
day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and
accounts receivable Record and maintain accurate financial
transactions in accounting systems Prepare bank, credit card, and
account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close
processes Assist in the preparation of financial reports and
statements Maintain organized records of financial documents and
ensure compliance with company policies Help with payroll
processing and expense reporting as needed Provide support to
senior accountants and finance managers on various projects Respond
to vendor and internal inquiries related to accounting issues Stay
updated on financial regulations and company procedures Preferred
Qualifications for the Junior Accountant Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a
degree) 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships
count!) Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial
reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
(e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills Good communication skills and a willingness
to learn Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
The Junior Accountant role is fully onsite in Canton, OH with a
salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 depending on experience.
