Senior Accountant We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial performance across multiple business units. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants real ownership, this is your chance to make an impact. What You’ll Do: Lead the month-end close process and produce clean, accurate financials across multiple entities. Prepare consolidated reports, dashboards , and insights for leadership. Dig into cost accounting —analyzing BOMs, inventory, variances, and helping operations improve margins. Partner with cross-functional leaders to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making . Build efficient financial processes , optimize ERP systems (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.), and support scalable growth. Who You Are: 5–10 years of experience in accounting, ideally in manufacturing or distribution . Fluent in Excel and ERP systems ; confident navigating data and streamlining workflows. Solid understanding of cost structures, inventory, and margin analysis . Comfortable juggling multiple entities and working across departments.
