Position: Senior Financial Accountant Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Accountant to own the month-end close, generate financial reports, support cost analysis, and partner with leadership to drive profitability. This role spans multiple entities and requires someone comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated financials Analyze BOMs, production variances, and inventory flows Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization Partner with operations and sales to improve cost structures Build SOPs, optimize ERP systems, and streamline reporting Qualifications: 5–10 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution Strong Excel and ERP skills (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.) Deep knowledge of cost accounting and inventory valuation Comfortable balancing big-picture insight with detailed execution Self-starter who thrives in lean, fast-moving teams Experience: 5–10 Years Travel: Up to 25% Compensation & Perks: Base Salary: $80K–$100K bonus Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO Equity co-investment opportunities High-ownership role with clear growth trajectory Work Culture: No red tape, no micromanagement—just real ownership and real impact.
