RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST: The Accounts Payable Specialist will enter, 3-way match and code invoices, gain approvals, and post invoices (approx. 200 daily) The Accounts Payable Specialist will research discrepancies, utilize Chart of Accounts and resources to find information Process digital payments, set up digital ACH, and process refunds Assist with vendor reconciliations and special projects, as assigned EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE: Must have full-cycle AP experience Ability to process a high-volume of invoices will be key Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively Salary is $50-$60k, DOE ZRCFS
