Job Description Description Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our distinguished Lung Transplant Program team at UH Cleveland Medical Center. The APP will see patients in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. The schedule is 4 10 hr. days plus call. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. /n Qualifications Education /n /n - Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program (Required) /n - (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (Required) /n /n Work Experience /n /n - 1 years as an Advanced Practice Provider (Preferred) /n - /n /n Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities /n /n - Demonstrated leadership skills. (Required proficiency) /n - Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships. (Required proficiency) /n - Computer skills to access patient medical data from UHHS mainframe. (Required proficiency) /n - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
