Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Controller/CFO to manage financial operations and provide strategic leadership for our organization. This role requires an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring efficient management of accounting processes. Based in Twinsburg, Ohio, this position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company’s growth. Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support organizational planning. • Oversee mergers and acquisitions, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations. • Conduct accounting and bookkeeping tasks, dedicating 10-15 hours per week to these activities. • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes efficiently. • Implement job costing strategies to monitor and control project expenses. • Monitor treasury functions to optimize cash flow and financial performance. • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining compliance. • Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management or related roles. • Proven expertise in bookkeeping and accounting processes. • Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis. • Advanced skills in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning. • Familiarity with treasury management and optimizing cash flow. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
