Come join the Home2/TRU Grove City Maintenance Team Hotel Maintenance TechnicianTools ProvidedOne Location Full-Time | Columbus, OH Pay: $19-$22/hour depending on experience Position Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel's building systems, guest rooms, and grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members. Responsibilities * Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public areas * Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems * Complete daily work orders and service requests * Maintain hotel equipment including boilers, water heaters, and pumps * Assist with painting, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs * Maintain pool equipment and water testing (if applicable) * Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards * Support emergency repairs as needed Qualifications * 1-2 years maintenance experience (hotel, apartment, facilities, or construction) * Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems * Ability to troubleshoot and perform general repairs * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders * EPA or HVAC certification preferred but not required What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Full-time stable schedule * Health, dental, vision insurance * 401k * Hotel travel discounts Compensation details: 19-22 Yearly Salary PI015c3a75537d-29400-39922399
