Job Description:
Job Description Industrial Painter Seeking a skilled and
certified Industrial Painter with proven experience in surface
preparation, coating applications, and finishing for heavy
industrial, manufacturing, or structural environments. The ideal
candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of painting
systems, coating types, and industry-standard safety practices, as
well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a
fast-paced setting. Location Brecksville, Ohio Hourly rate: $17.36

for painting (e.g., sandblasting, degreasing, masking). \n Apply
industrial coatings such as epoxies, urethanes, and zinc-rich
primers using spray guns (airless or conventional), brushes, or
rollers. \n Mix and match paint to desired color and consistency
according to manufacturer specifications. \n Inspect finished
surfaces for quality and adherence to job specifications. \n
Maintain all painting equipment and ensure work area cleanliness.
\n Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to
determine painting specifications. \n Follow proper safety
protocols including wearing safety (PPE) gear like a respirator
hood and body suit for prolonged periods of time. \n Will be
required to work in confined space, follow fall protection
requirements, and handle hazardous materials. \n Document work
completed and materials used as required by project managers or
compliance protocols. \n Work at heights, including bending &
reaching and in confined spaces, as necessary for job assignments.
\n \n What You Bring \n Minimum 3-5 years of industrial painting
experience in a manufacturing, construction, or marine/shipyard
environment. \n Strong knowledge of surface preparation and
industrial coatings application techniques. \n Familiarity with
blast booths, paint booths, and mobile rig setups. \n Respirator
Fit Test and pre-employment medical exam required \n Ability to
operate painting tools and equipment safely and effectively. \n
High School diploma or GED required. \n \n Certifications: \n OSHA
10 or 30 Certification (preferred) \n NACE Coating Inspector
Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) \n SSPC/NACE
Coating Application Specialist (CAS) Certification (preferred) \n
\n Physical Requirements: \n Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for
long periods. \n Comfortable working at heights, in various
temperature conditions, and in physically demanding environments.
\n Tolerance for working with chemicals, solvents, and in areas
with limited ventilation (PPE provided). \n Respirator Fit Test and
pre-employment medical exam required \n \n Preferred: \n Experience
with corrosion protection in structural steel, tanks, pipelines, or
marine structures. \n Familiarity with quality assurance
documentation, coating reports and testing documentation. \n \n Who
