you! Our Service Advisors are the voice and the face of our
dealership. They also are the vital link between our customers and
our technicians - keeping our customers informed and their service
timely. Automotive, phone or sales experience is preferred, but not
required. Service Advisors can expect to make between $40k - $100k

What We Require for this Role: Superior communication and customer
service skills Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced, call
center environment Great phone voice and etiquette Strong computer
skills and data entry efficiency Ability to multi-task and stay
organized Excellent follow-up skills Ability to pass a drug
screening and background check Clean driving record and valid
driver's license Key Job Responsibilities: Gather and enter
customers' list of needs. Continuously communicate with customers
throughout the service process. Contact extended warranty companies
for authorization for repairs. Utilized knowledge of General
Motors' warranty to determine accurate coverage levels. Partner
with technicians to understand estimated time frames for repairs.
Bill out repair orders utilizing CDK system. *We are an equal
