You'll troubleshoot everything from shoddy air conditioning to vehicle electrical systems, conducting preventive maintenance and structural repairs along the way. Responsibilities:

--- Work with auto mechanic team members to determine vehicle problems and solutions
--- Inspect, test drive, and perform diagnostic tests to determine vehicle problems, parts needed for repairs, and necessary work
--- Encourage and facilitate preventive maintenance work such as oil changes, air conditioning service, flushing, brake replacement, tire rotation, and more
--- Continue learning and growing technical skills and opportunities


Qualifications:

--- Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools and other repair shop equipment is necessary
--- Must be an effective communicator who maintains a solid work ethic
