We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading OEM, where you will be at the heart of coordinating and facilitating the smooth operation of our field service department. Coordinate and oversee the service department's daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. 2. Analyze and resolve technical issues by phone, email, or online support 3. Develop and implement service schedules and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. 4. Check service reports and create invoices. 5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field/relevant experience. 2. Ability to understand and read blueprints, and hydraulic and pneumatic drawings. 3. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. 4.
