Job Description:
The Machine-Equipment Operator has an understanding of the
tooling, setup, operation and maintenance of various production
machines. The operator can read engineering drawings and understand
tolerances for cut parts. The operator understands the inputs and
outputs of each machine they operate. Failure to perform
satisfactorily may result in scrap, rework, delay, dissatisfied
customers, and added cost to the organization. The employee is
required to be able to handle all tools and materials required for
the operation of the machine and processing of the parts.
