Your Key Responsibilities Ensures utilization of generic or business specific (multi-)Project Management methods and tools, and ensures capacity and resource planning across project portfolio in accordance with the strategic direction. Contribute to the development of general project management policies as well as to respective guidelines and ensure compliance for all projects under review. Maintain and report project portfolio regarding project status, progress, maturity level, capacities and resources as well as potential risk factors. Coordinate reviews of the projects, administration and documentation and plan, coordinate PM training and coaching of PMs. Calculate needs for assessments and capacity forecasts (internal/external) and provide guidance on prioritization to budget accountable management, Project Managers or even to customers, if required. Support planning of procurement volumes or capacities for projects in cooperation with other stakeholders (project procurement, plant management), if required.
