Pension Equity Plan! Accelerated Career Growth! Job Details Responsibilities: Provide onsite installation of complex equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure proper working order. Conduct on-site preventative maintenance and provide necessary repairs to keep equipment running smoothly. Analyze and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on equipment in the field. Communicate with clients about the nature of the problem and the repairs carried out. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and effective communication. Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation. Qualifications: Willingness to travel 80%. Minimum 2 years of mechanical & electrical troubleshooting, or electronics degree, or military experience. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding situations. Interested in hearing more?
