Your Key Responsibilities Program Manager is responsible to lead the overall project, including the 3 key indicators for cost, quality and timing for the internal and external milestones. Manage a dedicated set of projects and the respectively accountable Project Managers, on a strategic level. Lead medium- to long-term planning and prioritization processes for all projects assigned. Act as escalation point of contact within defined escalation paths and decide about conflicting targets or resource requests. Monitor project progress, contribute to Go/No-Go decisions, and interact and communicate with senior stakeholder peer groups or customers. Direct contact for customer research and development groups for the development of new projects. Responsible to promote Schaeffler Portfolio for Business Unit Fuel Cell & Power Transfer and Electric Axle components. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field. 5 or more years of automotive engineering experience. Advanced engineering & physics knowledge. Practical and applicable knowledge of vehicle systems. Leadership ability and strong delegation skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and make recommendations and decisions. Ability to influence while being open to feedback.
