Job Description:
Senior Maintenance Technician Located in Apple Creek, OH $24 to
$36/hour based on experience 1 st (5a -330p, Mon-Sat) or 2 nd shift
(315p-145a, Mon-Fri) This is a Direct Hire opportunity
Duties/Responsibilities Learn the setups and change overs for all
current equipment. Troubleshooting and repairs to extrusion
equipment. Maintain equipment in proper working order, perform
regular scheduled preventive maintenance. Identify process
improvements and opportunities. Identify failure modes and document
methods of correction. Parts inventory and cataloging. Work with
the Engineering Manager and Facilities Manager to gain insight and
knowledge of the various types of equipment, their repair history,
and critical wear items for each type of equipment and tooling.
Make improvements to current practices to reflect best maintenance
practices. Skills/Qualifications 3 or more y ears' experience as a
Maintenance Technician within a manufacturing environment. Skilled
in troubleshooting and performing repairs on mechanical, hydraulic,
and 480v electrical systems. High school diploma or equivalent Will
be subject to pre-employment drug and background screening. Company
