Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive body repair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. As a Body Shop Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring vehicles to their original condition and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform collision-related repairs on vehicles, including bodywork, frame straightening, and painting. Assess damage and create accurate repair estimates. Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as needed. Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Automotive Body Shop Technician. Proficiency in body repair techniques, including welding, sanding, and painting. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair estimates. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills.
