Primary Job Function: As Lead HVAC Installer , you will take charge of residential and light commercial HVAC system installations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on every job. Responsibilities include supervising installation crews, interpreting blueprints and specifications, performing equipment setup, system testing, and troubleshooting. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating clearly with customers and team members.
