Production Technician to join our team at our Girard, Ohio
location. Altronic LLC provides innovative engineering and
solutions for natural gas-fueled engines and manufactures high
quality, high value, and reliable products. With approximately 200
employees, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in our
products and services. Responsibilities: Assist with the
design-to-manufacturing hand-off process (NPI) Provide written and
oral communication between manufacturing and design engineering
teams Write new and modify existing process work instructions to
document the assembly process Report manufacturing defects and
failures to Methods and Design Engineering Work overtime as needed
per company policy Work with cross-functional teams as necessary
including engineering, manufacturing engineering, and production.
Communicate with production personnel to understand and document
the manufacturing process Support Manufacturing Engineering as
needed or process development and documentation updates Perform
other duties as assigned Technical knowledge: Effective
problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret Engineering
Assembly Drawings Ability to work within Windows based PC
environment Working knowledge of Manufacturing Processes/Equipment
Ability to document assembly processes using Microsoft Suite with
strong attention to detail Experience and Essential Requirements
Associate's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology-
preferably in electrical engineering or electronics engineering 5
years' Manufacturing technician experience ISO 9001 standards and
quality management systems Strong communication skills Must be
organized and able to multi-task Strong computer skills including
word processing, spreadsheets, and databases Mechanical/electrical
