Job Description:

Join our team as an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner working 2-3 days a week across California.
Provide expert assessment and management of acute and chronic wounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Develop personalized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.

Document patient status and care for new admissions efficiently.
