Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Adult Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience License: Active RN License Certifications: Active BLS required Must-Have: Current Epic EMR proficiency is required Ability to read Telemetry (testing will occur on day one) Description: Registered Nurse will work primarily on a Comprehensive Medical Unit. The RN will occasionally float between various Med-Surg units. Night shift with every other weekend required. There is no call requirement. Current Epic EMR proficiency is mandatory; refresher classes or 1:1 assistance are not options. Minimum of 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required. Candidates must be able to read Telemetry and will be tested for this skill on the first day. Failure to pass the competency will result in termination. Termination will also occur if Epic proficiency is not met. Holiday coverage is required.
