The ideal candidate with provide age specific care and demonstrate leadership in influencing optimal clinical and operational outcomes. Unit Overview: Floating through a variety of inpatient areas Provide age specific, relationship based nursing care Ratios of 1:5 and 1:6 Requirements: Education: BSN required, must have an accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE.
