Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist
specializing in early childhood education settings. This role
involves providing maternity leave coverage at a preschool-focused
early childhood school. The assignment runs from ASAP through the
end of the school year. Location: Ypsilanti, MI Key
Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored
for a preschool caseload Collaborate with educators and specialists
to develop individualized treatment plans Monitor student progress
and update documentation in compliance with school and state
guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to early
intervention and educational planning efforts Support childrens
developmental and sensory needs to enhance classroom participation
Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy license with
experience in early childhood or school settings Strong
understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and early
intervention strategies Effective communication and collaboration
skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to support young children in a
school-based environment Professionalism and reliability for
consistent coverage from Monday through Friday, 7:50 AM3:30 PM This
