Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our
dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest
quality of patient care within our comprehensive network of
inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. The
Nurse Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff, ensure compliance
with all regulations, and enhance patient satisfaction. This is a

providing compassionate rehabilitation and home health services.
Supervise nursing staff and manage the day-to-day operations of
patient care. Implement policies and procedures that enhance
patient outcomes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for
nursing staff. Participate in recruitment and training of new
nursing personnel. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to
ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient care for quality
assurance and implement improvements as necessary. Prepare regular
reports on staff performance and patient outcomes. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical and administrative
nursing procedures Ability to mentor and motivate staff Knowledge
of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Medical

Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Preferred: Nurse Executive certification (NE-BC) or similar
