We prioritize high-quality clinical care, ethical practice, and sustainable workloads so our clinicians can thrive professionally and personally. This is a clinic-based role designed for BCBAs who value clinical integrity, collaboration, and work–life balance over high-volume billing models. We intentionally design productivity expectations to support ethical supervision, clinical quality, and clinician well-being-not maximize billing volume. Location & Clinic Environment Our Warrensville Heights clinic is centrally located near Solon, Beachwood, and Shaker Heights with easy highway access and ample parking. We serve a diverse, engaged community and maintain a structured, professional clinic environment focused on safety, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Direct access to Clinical Director and leadership support Opportunity to contribute to program development, clinical systems, and staff mentorship Flexible approach to caseload and scheduling based on clinician preference Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs Provide caregiver training and interdisciplinary collaboration Ensure clinical quality, ethical ABA practice, and documentation standards Support clinic programming and clinical initiatives Qualifications Active BCBA and COBA Experience with early learners Strong clinical, leadership, and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA services Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $80,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience and schedule) Flexible scheduling and caseload structure available-salary adjusts based on preferred workload.
