Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7 AM (3rd Shift) Start Date:
ASAP Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Staff Pharmacist to join a fast-growing compounding pharmacy in
Texas. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a pharmacist with a
strong background in sterile compounding who is passionate about
quality, compliance, and patient safety. The position involves
oversight of both sterile and non-sterile pharmacy operations,
collaboration with healthcare providers, and leadership of pharmacy
technicians and support staff. The practice offers a stable work

opportunities within the compounding pharmacy industry. Key
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of sterile and
non-sterile compounding departments Ensure full compliance with
local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations Supervise and
support pharmacy technicians and ancillary staff Collaborate with
healthcare providers to develop and optimize patient-specific
medication plans Perform patient assessments and oversee medication
administration as appropriate Provide immunizations and other
clinical pharmacy services Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant
pharmacy documentation Support quality assurance, safety protocols,
and utilization management practices Qualifications: Pharmacy
degree from an accredited pharmacy program Active state pharmacist
license in good standing Minimum 1 year of sterile compounding
experience (required) Sterile compounding certification (required)
Strong understanding of anatomy and its relevance to pharmaceutical
practice Ability to work independently while functioning as part of
a collaborative team Strong attention to detail, organization, and
communication skills Compensation: Salary Range: $140,000 -
