Job Description Surgical Oncology Opening in Ashland, KY Lexington 123m; Cincinnati, OH 146mSeeking a Breast Surgeon specializing in Surgical Oncology. You’ll join a respected and experienced breast surgeon whose large and expanding patient volume, combined with a nearby retiring provider, creates an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM Practice Setting: Hospital-based, outpatient-focused Time Split: 2–3 days OR / 2–3 days clinic Average Volume: 20 patients/day* EMR: EPIC Highlights Focus on Breast Surgery Only – No general surgery or call requirements Established Oncology Infrastructure – Collaborative environment with medical and radiation oncolog Multidisciplinary Tumor Board – Participate in weekly meetings to develop customized treatment plans Dedicated Breast Imaging Support – Two full-time breast imagers (including one fellowship-trained) State-of-the-Art Cancer Center – Surgical, medical, and radiation oncology services all on one campus Strong Patient Demand – Large catchment area (~750,000 population) with growing surgical volumes Qualifications Board certified or board eligible Fellowship-trained oncologist breast surgeon Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with incentive opportunities Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and prescription coverage Life insurance and both short- and long-term disability Wellness program and HSA/FSA options CME allowance of $5,000 annually paid CME time* Generous paid time off and holidays Life in Ashland, Kentucky Ashland is a charming, safe, and family-oriented town located along the Ohio River.
