Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date:
4/6/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Mindlance Health to find a qualified OR Circulate RN in Zanesville,
Ohio, 43701! ID: 75911929 Shift: Day Shift Description: RN will
work either 36 hours/week, day shift, 7a - 7:30p, or four 10-hr
shifts of 7a - 5:30p, with a rotating call schedule that includes
weekend and weekday call that mirrors the call rotation of the
general staff. Call will be split between Call 1 and Call 2.
Possible holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday falls
within the RN's contract. This rotation is based on current patient
census and staffing, so some variability could be possible to this
rotation if census/staffing experiences a significant change.
Active BLS and ACLS are both required. Minimum 3 years of
current/recent OR experience required. Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho
experience recommended as well as Epic EMR proficiency. Additional
updated BSA on 6.26.25 Facility reserves the right to cancel up to
36 hours per 13 week contract. These hours are not limited to 12
hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report Please
Note -Your Agency s contract to your traveler MUST mirror the
confirmation page. If your agency does not comply with this
standard, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the
Genesis Healthcare vendor set. No exceptions! Start Date Must be
Identical. End Date Must be Identical. RTO Must be identical Please
Note - All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time
of submission and added into the confirmation page for it to be
honored. If your agency or the traveler does not include all RTO in
the submission form and adds it post confirmation, your agency will
be at risk of being removed from the Genesis Healthcare vendor set.
