Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist specializing in
school-based therapy to provide leave coverage in a K-12
educational setting. The assignment is located in Lakewood, OH, and
runs from the first week of April through May, Monday through
Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Responsibilities include supporting
students with diverse needs by delivering individualized
occupational therapy services that enhance their ability to
participate fully in school activities and routines. The role
involves collaboration with educators and families to develop and
implement treatment plans that align with students academic goals
and promote functional independence in the classroom environment.
Key qualifications and experience for this role include: - Valid
Occupational Therapy license and credentials applicable to school
settings - Demonstrated experience providing OT services in a K-12
school environment - Ability to assess, plan, and execute therapy
sessions collaboratively - Strong knowledge of school-based therapy
regulations and documentation requirements - Effective
communication skills for working with students, parents, and
