Otolaryngology (ENT) opportunity in Findlay, Ohio—serving a
thriving, independent health system with a strong referral network
and minimal competition. You’ll join a flexible, collegial, and

Highlights: - Comprehensive ENT care with a broad patient base -
Clinic Volume: 20–30 patients/day - OR Locations: 3 surgical sites
(Hospital, ASC, and Community Hospital) - Surgical Tools: Access to
four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots Table Motion - Support: Full
audiology team APPs specialty collaboration (Endo, Allergy, Neuro,
etc.) - Call: Backup only – APPs take primary - Tech & Teaching:
Mayo Clinic eConsults optional teaching opportunities -
Physician-Led Culture: You help shape practice patterns,
scheduling, and volume Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary
Range: $515K–$800K (plus wRVU & productivity bonuses) - Bonuses:
Sign-on, relocation, training stipends, loan repayment support -
Loan Repayment: Monthly, quarterly, or annual options - CME: Annual
