Psychiatric Medical Director Detroit Metro PT Onsite

Opportunity Highlights

• Part-time: hours/week (1099)
• Daily onsite leadership role in outpatient community behavioral health

Leadership Scope

• Oversee psychiatric services and clinical quality
• Supervise and support APPs and clinical staff
• Lead program development, workflows, and best practices
• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and compliance

Clinical Responsibilities

• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Treatment planning across child, adult, and SUD populations
• Consultation with care teams and case reviews

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active Michigan license
• Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• 5+ years of child and adult psychiatry experience
• Experience with substance use / dual diagnosis
• Daily onsite presence required
• Familiarity with Wayne County community mental health populations strongly preferred
