Family Medicine Physician

Projected Base Salary: $220,000+ Loan Repayment Eligible

This is a true outpatient primary care opportunity where you can practice comprehensive medicine in a structured, team-based environment designed to support clinical excellence.

The Opportunity

You ll step into a Monday Friday, outpatient-only role focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care.

You ll practice with:

Full clinical support staff
Structured workflows
Collaborative team-based model
Administrative systems designed to reduce burnout

Base Salary Starting at $220,000+ (Based on Experience)

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Pennsylvania license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
