Job Description:

Hospitality Supervisor Cleveland, OH (Onsite) 06/16/2025 - 09/20/2025 Shift: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities Event Management: Coordinate meeting rooms and social events Set up and break down conference rooms (tables, chairs, podiums, divider walls, food setups) Manage conference/hospitality calendar and greet clients & guests Food & Beverage Service: Set up catered food, beverages, utensils, and napkins for events Perform general waiting and service duties Maintain hygienic food and beverage handling procedures Clean kitchens and function areas Maintain kitchen equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, ice machines) Load dishwasher with items used by client personnel Order and track inventory for kitchen and conference room supplies Facility Maintenance: Perform occasional cleaning duties (trash removal, restocking supplies, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, window washing) Administrative Duties: Train team members General clerical, mail, and delivery services (sorting, distributing packages & mail, fax transmissions, shipping/receiving products and supplies) Other Duties: Flip chart, whiteboard, and cork board setup Adjust chairs, wipe down tables, stock supplies, and adjust blinds in conference rooms Perform other assigned tasks Position Requirements Hospitality industry experience is required , including: Restaurant work Banquet serving Conference room set-Client Food ordering Any schooling or degree in hospitality is a plus Strong social and professional skills Proper email etiquette and fluent English communication skills (written & verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Excel spreadsheets Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , walk, bend, and perform physical tasks Schedule Expectations Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Must be willing to work late occasionally for social events (until 8 - 9 PM) Some weekend events may require Saturday or Sunday work Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
