Were Hiring an Experienced Barista Location: [Belden Village / Lake

wed love to meet you. What You'll Do: Craft exceptional espresso
drinks, drip coffee, teas, and seasonal specialties with
consistency and care Create a warm, welcoming space for our
customers and fellow team members Maintain a clean, organized, and
efficient workspace Engage customers with genuine hospitality and
product knowledge Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking
as needed Work quickly and accurately during busy shifts What Were
Looking For: 1 year of barista experience (third-wave coffee
experience is a plus) Knowledge of manual brewing methods, espresso
dialing, and milk texturing Positive attitude, strong work ethic,
and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and remain
calm under pressure Willingness to learn and grow with the Tremont
team Availability for early mornings, weekends, and flexible shifts
