General Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day
operations of our hotel. Working closely with the General Manager,
you’ll help ensure the smooth running of the property, deliver
exceptional guest experiences, and support our team to thrive in a
fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist
the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, including front
desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. Lead by example to ensure
outstanding guest service and satisfaction. Support staff
development by providing guidance, training, and motivation.
Monitor and maintain operational standards, ensuring compliance
with company policies and procedures. Handle guest inquiries,
feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Contribute to financial performance by managing budgets,
controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Step into the General Manager’s role when needed. What We’re
Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality
industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role. A
customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention
to detail. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound
decisions under pressure. A collaborative team player with a
