(Hybrid/On-Site) Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Employment Type:

our team in Canton, OH and play a foundational role in shaping the
future of technology at our company. This is a rare opportunity to
build the IT department from the ground up , lead strategic
projects, and become the driving force behind how IT grows across
the organization. The ideal IT Project Manager will bring a strong
background in ERP implementation , advanced Power BI reporting, and
system integration -along with the leadership and initiative to
create scalable systems and processes that support long-term
business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead IT initiatives as the
primary IT Project Manager , with ownership over the full lifecycle
of ERP, BI, and integration projects. Spearhead the implementation
of a new ERP system - NetSuite experience is highly preferred -
including system design, data migration, testing, and user
training. Design and deliver impactful business intelligence
solutions using Power BI , including dashboards, reporting
frameworks, and data models. Direct system integration efforts,
ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between core
platforms (ERP, CRM, Finance, etc.). Work cross-functionally with
internal departments and external vendors to align IT solutions
with business needs. Establish IT project management best practices
and build the foundation for a scalable IT department. Serve as the
strategic IT Project Manager who defines priorities, drives
execution, and lays the groundwork for IT expansion.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,
Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in a technology
leadership or IT Project Manager role. Proven success managing ERP
implementation projects; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Expertise with Power BI tools for enterprise reporting and decision
support. Demonstrated experience in system integration across
enterprise applications. Strong organizational, leadership, and
stakeholder communication skills. PMP certification or equivalent
