Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a leading American petroleum refining, marketing, and transportation company, is seeking an experienced OT Compliance Manager to join our Regulatory Compliance department. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational technology systems are compliant with regulatory frameworks, promoting operational efficiency and safety across all Marathon locations. The OT Compliance Manager will oversee and manage compliance assurance processes for operational technology within regulatory frameworks, address compliance issues, and facilitate effective risk management strategies. This position demands a highly strategic and analytical mindset to successfully guide compliance activities in a complex technological and regulatory environment. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations concerning operational technology. Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to safeguard our operational systems against potential threats and vulnerabilities. Conduct regular audits and prepare detailed reports on compliance status, risks identified, and mitigation strategies. Stay updated with new regulations and technological advancements that can impact operational technology systems. Provide training and support to operational personnel to enhance compliance understanding and practices. Collaborate with legal and regulatory authorities on compliance issues, audit findings, and corrective measures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance Proficient in IT and cybersecurity principles applicable to the energy industry Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
