Product Designer Consultant/Expert 1028615 Job Description: The
Employee Experience team works across the breadth of the Enterprise
Technology organization to enable easy, personalized, intuitive and
contextual tech experiences for employees globally. We are seeking
an experienced communications designer who is passionate about
their craft and specializes in articulating complex ideas through
simple, modern, and engaging storytelling that resonates with
users. The ideal candidate will have a love for technology and
creative mindset – willing to try new things to find the best
solution. Additionally, they are familiar with Agile methodologies,
user-centric design (personas, journey mapping, user testing), and
have prior experience working with both CX/ UX/ UI teams and
operational teams delivering technical solutions, and are able to
bridge the gap in communicating key information to broad audiences.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying story telling
opportunities, creating messaging (text, graphics, videos) and
publishing content through internal communication channels. This
role has high visibility and will include engaging a 140K global
workforce at company. Skills Required: Develop and execute
multi-tiered communication plans, including creating content for
various channels such as emails, newsletters, intranet,
presentations, and internal social channels. Monitor and evaluate
the effectiveness of communications initiatives and campaigns,
making recommendations for improvement as needed Effectively
articulate complex concepts and ideas to a diverse audience through
a variety of communication mechanisms in a timely and consumable
manner. Manage multiple projects from proof of concepts to
publication, gaining feedback and measuring success, across
different mediums at the same time; planning for both internal IT
audience and external corporate wide audience Make recommendations
based on research and user testing that help deliver the best
communication experience for users. Understand CX design, industry
communication standards, trends and leverage them to support
program objectives. Ensure content is consistent across
presentations, platforms, and channels, is relevant to users,
aligns with organization objectives, and brand standards. Strong
writing skills & familiarity with AP Style Experience Required: 3
years’ experience in communications, change management, or a
related role. Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships and collaborate across various levels of the
organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and
problem-solving skills. Familiarity with internal communication and
social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics A
creative mindset with a sharp eye for visuals, trends, and building
positive employee experiences Proactive, organized, and eager to
learn and grow in a dynamic global environment Graphic design,
video editing, or multimedia skills Education Required: Bachelor's
degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Psychology,
Business, or a related field strongly preferred
