Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

Franciscan Care Center is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our buildings and equipment. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You'll Do:


  • Supervise and support the maintenance team
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks, ensuring work is completed on time
  • Maintain heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Oversee fire safety systems, life safety equipment, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage inventory and order parts as needed
  • Coordinate security staff schedules and monitor daily operations
  • Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • At least 2 years of maintenance experience
    • HVAC certification, trade school, or related degree preferred
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
