We will invest in training, resources and guidance. Outside Sales Job Requirements/Qualifications A successful Outside Sales candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up. Additional qualifications for an Outside Sales position include: Experience in Outside sales with a history of sales growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward superior quality and customer satisfaction Computer skills Prior building material experience a plus!
