Details Job Details: We are seeking a motivated and experienced
professional for a Agronomy Sales position in the bustling Sales
industry. This position is perfect for someone who has a passion
for agriculture, an understanding of agronomic products, and a
knack for building strong customer relationships. The successful
candidate will be responsible for driving sales, promoting
agronomic products, and ensuring customer success. This position
requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective sales
strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product
line. 2. Identify potential customers and cultivate relationships
to convert leads into sales. 3. Provide agronomic support and
advice to farmers and crop advisors. 4. Collaborate with the
marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies. 5. Monitor
and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to align and update
the company’s sales strategies. 6. Conduct seminars and
presentations to promote products and services. 7. Maintain high
customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards. 8.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 9.
Regularly review and report on sales performance against targets.
10. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business
ethics codes. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy,
Agriculture, Business, or related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of
experience in agronomy sales or a related field. 3. Proven
experience in customer success and relationship management. 4.
Strong knowledge of agronomic products and their application. 5.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. 6.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. 9. Ability to travel as needed. 10. A valid
driver’s license and clean driving record. 11. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines under pressure. 12.
Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude. This
