Job Description - Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time) - Location: Findlay, OH - Schedule: - 3 clinic days per week, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - 2 OR days per week - Compensation: $515,000–$800,000 per year (based on experience & productivity) - Bonuses & Incentives: - Sign-on bonus - Stipend - Relocation assistance - Productivity bonus - Additional performance-based incentives - Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (insurance, paid time off, etc.)
